Artist Educator Jennifer Gardiner received her B.F.A. with an emphasis in painting and printmaking at San Diego State University in 2005; and her M.F.A. in Art Education with a concurrent Graduate Certificate in Museum and Curatorial Studies at California State University, Long Beach in 2011. Beyond the creation of art Gardiners’ life’s passion is to provide unique opportunities for people that create meaningful engagements with art. Jennifer Gardiner is the co-founder/director for an education non-profit appropriately named Community Arts Re-imagining Education acronym C.A.R.E. (www.care2imagine.org) whose mission is to provide art education to under-served youths. ? In addition she is the Development and Outreach Associate for Laguna Art Museum (www.lagunaartmuseum.org) where she is responsible for overseeing education initiatives and programs and assisting with funding.
