Throughout the past decade, the city of Santa Ana has grown to become one of Southern California’s premier destinations for art. The Orange County High School of the Arts, the Art Institute of California, the Discovery Science Center, the Bowers Museum, nearly 60 distinct art galleries, and 8 theaters all call Santa Ana home.

Within the heart of the City is an expanding 8 blocks of artist lofts, studios, centers, and galleries known as the Santa Ana Artist Village and Arts District. The district’s main objective is to bring the city alive not just every month, but every day, by providing a wider view to all the attractions, galleries, museums, restaurants, theatres, schools, services, and performances that Santa Ana has to offer. The public is invited to celebrate the city’s uniqueness every first Saturday of the month during the exciting Santa Ana Artist Village Art Walk. The event starts at 7pm and is free for all to attend and enjoy the atmosphere.
