A Knight's Quest for a Spanish Princess

After searching 16 years for her daughter kidnapped at birth, Queen Isabella sends a knight, Don Quixote, on a royal quest to find the missing Spanish princess. On his journey, Don Quixote comes across a small, lively river village where he meets Luciana, an apothecary, and her daughters, Kitri and Mercedes. As a commoner, Kitri is unable to marry her true love, the noble-born Basilio. Don Quixote becomes friends with Basilio and the people of the river village and reveals his quest to Luciana. Under the spell of a potion created by Luciana, Don Quixote has a mystical dream that reveals the identity of the missing princess to him.
