Camino Real Playhouse presesnts new acting classes for adults over 18 years of age. Even if you are not a performer, these classes geared toward helping participants gain self confidence or business presentation skills. This is a three week course that will cover all types of auditioning styles: Cold-reading, monologue, prepared scenes and improvisation. You will learn how to stand out at your audition. The do's and dont's for getting a callback and getting the role. The final class we will have an audition competition where the class will get to decide who gets cast and why.
 

Instructor Stephen Gomer has been directing for the stage in Southern California for more than 20 years. He has directed at local theatres from San Clemente to Cypress to San Pedro. Stephen has numerous awards for acting and directing as well as winning a Best Director Award for his short film The Salesman.
