    Japanese violinist-composer Mari Kimura will present a diverse program of violin and electronics, featuring works that are written for her and by herself. Kimura uses interactive computer, combining the sounds from the East, such as Japanese shamisen and Balinese gamelan, reinventing the vocabulary and the musical language of her instrument.
