Outdoor Art Display and Sales Show

Mission San Juan Capistrano will welcome an outdoor art display and sales show by members of the Southern California Plein Air Painters Association (SOCALPAPA) in the Central Courtyard. The show features colorful images of the California landscape by 60 Southern California artists. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet many of the artists and see the images they have created. Twenty-five percent of proceeds from the show will benefit the historic Mission. Judges will be presenting awards to the artists during the show; awards to be presented include the Forester Award for the Best Mission Painting to be presented by Ann Forster in memory of her husband Tony.
