Pacific Symphony and Newport Beach Film Festival presents "Behind the Score," a special screening of Newton Howard-scored and Academy Award nominated Blood Diamond, including an in-person discussion with Howard and the film's producer-director Edward Zwick. Blood Diamond refers to the diamonds mined in African war zones and sold to finance the conflicts and profit the warlords and diamond companies worldwide. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Connelly and Djimon Hounsou. Important Information: Advance reservations required at www.NewportBeachFilmFest.com.
