Love comes alive in the forest of Arden as Cupid's arrow strikes both Rosalind and Orlando. What happens in Arden doesn't stay in Arden, as "All the World's a Stage." in William Shakespeare's pastoral romantic tale about frolicking lovers, sibling rivalry and all the stuff that dreams are made on.

      I have seen many a production at the Grove Amphitheater and not all of them have been successful. The 2006 Summer production of Hamlet was probably the most dynamic of them all. The play had passion, pace, lighting, set, and rich character development, all well positioned to captivate and fully engage an audience. Sadly, it seems as though those times are gone. Any avid theatergoer knows that a brilliant play can be produced with very little budget and a lot of creativity. Collapse
