Violinist Philip Setzer, cellist David Finckel and pianist Wu Han are three of the most esteemed and influential classical artists in the world today. Setzer is a founding member of the Emerson String Quartet, and each, in addition to their international performance careers, are renowned recording artists and educators. Included in their Concert Series program will be Schubert's Piano Trios, about which fellow composer Robert Schumann wrote: "One glance at Schubert's Trio ? and the troubles of our human existence disappear and all the world is fresh and bright again."
