This special performance, led by Assistant Conductor Maxim Eshkenazy, features Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra (PSYO) and the winner of this year's Concerto Competition, Eric Lee, playing the allegretto movement of Shostakovich's Cello Concerto No.1; the inaugural performance of the Pacific Chorale Honor Choir singing Faure's "Requiem;" and PSYO performing Stravinsky's "Firebird," accompanied by the Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy.
