Small Teapot Competition

The Saddleback College Art Gallery is pleased to host the Fourth International Small Teapot Competition. The competition was open to all artists, 18 years and older, worldwide. On display are over 100 selected works from the competition. Awards totaled over $5,000, and "Best of Show" artist received a trip to China including visits to Yixing, Xian and other ceramic art sites in China. The competition was juried by Guangzhen "Po" Zhou, a ceramic artist, writer and director of the Chinese Ceramic Art Council.
