    Pacific Symphony's 10th American Composers Festival (ACF) explores music by and about those who belonged to "The Greatest Generation" This year's festival, led by Music Director Carl St.Clair, delves into the turbulent period of the 1930s and '40s and the music that could not have been composed without the somber impetus of this time of extreme deprivation and the hardships endured during the war, at home and abroad. This final performance of the Festival includes Copland's Into the Streets and Weill's Mack the Knife, in conjunction with film and discussions.
