    The legendary Bolshoi Ballet visits. The company's complete performances of its spectacular production of Don Quixote will now star Natalia Osipova ("whose Kitri is one of the Bolshoi's most amazing assets," The Times, London), Maria Alexandrova ("a flamboyant Kitri...with a jump that doesn't so much soar as explode like a firecracker," The New York Times), Ivan Vassiliev ("He does the impossible?the art form's technical limits have been redefined," The Observer) and Mikhail Lobukhin ("Lobukhin was a revelation...His partnering was sensational," Ballet.com). Svetlana Zakharova and Alexander Volchkov are unable to appear as originally scheduled.
