The Center welcomes the return of the brilliant Shen Wei Dance Arts, dancing the West Coast premiere of Re-(I,II,III), a full-length work created by Shen Wei over the past four years. Hailed by The Washington Post as "one of the greatest artists of our time," Shen Wei has presented his choreography, which The Boston Globe called, "breathtaking ...powerful ... riveting", all over the world from New York to Hong Kong to Jerusalem. An international audience of billions saw Shen Wei's work during the first seven minutes of the 2008 Beijing Olympics' Opening Ceremonies.
