An annual celebration hosted by the San Juan Capistrano Chamber (SJC Chamber) to bid farewell to the swallows of San Juan Capistrano. The City of San Juan Capistrano is known for its famous Swallow birds. Each March the community welcomes the birds home with a parade and each October, the SJC Chamber bids them farewell with their celebration of food, wine, dancing and more.
