      Fabulous Cast of characters. A must see for the entire family. Ticket Prices too expensive though for community theater.

      I really liked the performance opening night - Gertrude and Hugo are a stitch! The clowns are adorable. I liked the love triangle - Holly/Phineas/Fatality best. Great job all!

      I really enjoyed the show on Saturday night. Nice combo songs with Hugo the Clown and Gertrude the Clown - they are adorable together. Great job Fatality too!

      I really enjoyed the play especially Gertrude the Clown & Hugo the Clown they are really funny! Great fun for the whole family

      We went to the playhouse for the first time last night for their "Gala". I thought it was expensive for Mexican food and not worth $40! We probably won't go the dinner/theater again. The ticket... Expand

      We went to the playhouse for the first time last night for their "Gala". I thought it was expensive for Mexican food and not worth $40! We probably won't go the dinner/theater again. The ticket prices overall are too high! It is a little theater with the seats so close to each other that hasn't been updated! The show was good. Some of the characters were boring during the start of the show and it took a lot of momentum to get it going. The singing and dancing was nice but sub par. Some of the characters looked bored on stage. Terrific performances by Cantankerous Kate,Andy Structable and the Cue Card clown, she was hilarious! The bird in the cage didn't fit into the show she was dressed as a showgirl. We didn't feel she fit into the Circus theme. She is a good singer though. Professor Inferno terrific! The rock throwing was fun but maybe should have had a sign on stage about why they were sitting in our chairs before the announcer told us. The theater was hot and stuffy. Collapse

      I went to see this fun Circus Melodrama and it was fun for the whole family. I am a regular patron of the Camino Real Playhouse and although I am a senior citizen, I couldn't stop laughing at all the... Expand

      I went to see this fun Circus Melodrama and it was fun for the whole family. I am a regular patron of the Camino Real Playhouse and although I am a senior citizen, I couldn't stop laughing at all the antics. My favorite character (and all my friends too!) was the cue card clown "Sadie Words", in my opinion she was wonderful and the song she sang was hilarious. We all hope to see her in future performances with the playhouse! That gal was in Agnes of God as "Agnes" at the Orange Curtain Theater in a very dramatic role and she was mind blowing but, to see her in a comedy was even better! Also, a great performance by Cantankerous Kate, Sharp Shootin, sassy, cowgirl, Gideeup! Audience participation was inventive and alot of fun! The show was fantastic but, I wish the shows didn't start at 8pm but maybe 7pm and they ticket prices are a little high especially for senior citizens. We will be telling all our friends to go to the circus! Collapse
