A Tribute to Marjorie Townsley Rawlins

Join us as we honor the late Marjorie Townsley Rawlins on Friday, Nov. 12 at 8:00 p.m. at the Irvine Barclay Theatre.

The Claire Trevor School of the Arts pays homage to Marjorie Rawlins, generous patroness and long-time friend of our Department of Music. The UCI Symphony and UCI choir join forces in a program that includes Beethoven's Choral Fantasy and excerpts from Humperdinck's opera Hansel and Gretel. A number of Rawlins Scholars -- past and present -- will perform selections from late 19th Century chamber repertoire.
