An empty stage is being guarded by a member of the security service to be sure nothing will go wrong before the performance. When the performance begins, there is, indeed, nothing to be seen and it appears that nothing is going to happen – until an actor tries to enter the stage, and then a lot of things begin to unravel. From The Netherlands’ award-winning Theatergroep Max, this silly, comical production makes one consider what constitutes “a performance.”
