In an effort to forego social obligations, two friends unwittingly take on the same alias. With two Earnests causing problems, Oscar Wilde's social comedy hilariously uses farce to satirize the shallowness of society. Referred to by Wilde as a trivial comedy for serious people, this comedic farce will leave you laughing at the comedy of mistaken identities and the unexpected turn of events.
