Thursdays In The Kitchen: A Springtime Menu

This winter, spice up your life with Thursdays In The Kitchen, Fullerton Arboretum's first ever culinary series. Join local experts Jonathan Dye, Alicia Hitchcock and Jonathan Duffy Davis as they guide you through a delectable selection of seasonal meals and Arboretum-grown ingredients. Each class session includes dinner (in the form of the items being taught), wine parings, expert instruction and a chance to sample the Arboretum's finest produce. These demonstration style classes will be conducted in a professional kitchen, at the beautiful Fullerton Arboretum. you may register for all session of the classes at once, or pick and choose among the topics that interest you most. Classes are $55/ each ($5 dollar discount for Arboretum members) and will begin at 6pm on most Thursday nights through the winter.
