This evening explores that tradition, culminating in a world premiere multimedia event built around Leoš Janácek’s powerful Diary of One Who Disappeared, with its exploration of the enduring power of love.

Appearing regularly in the world’s premiere concert halls, music festivals and opera houses, American tenor Nicholas Phan continues to distinguish himself as one of the most compelling tenors performing today. His many opera credits include appearances with the Los Angeles Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Glimmerglass Festival, Chicago Opera Theater, Seattle Opera, Portland Opera, Glyndebourne Opera, Maggio Musicale in Florence, Deutsche Oper am Rhein, and Frankfurt Opera.
