Intro to Modern Calligraphy

Learn the art of Modern Calligraphy with Angi, from Angelique Ink at the beautiful Brea Art Gallery! In this workshop, students will gain an understanding of the main tools and proper techniques of modern pointed pen calligraphy. We’ll introduce everything from basic strokes to full alphabets, connecting letters and touch on styling, so you can walk away with all the tools you need for developing your skill and style. Each student will receive a take-home calligraphy supply set, curated by Angelique, including her instructional guide book with alphabet exemplars and tips for styling.
