OPEN CASA: Sandro Santioli and Carla Almanza-de Quant

Award-winning artist Carla Al Manza del Quant studied under a famous Italian master mask maker to learn the traditional technique of Venetian mask making. Today, Carla is perhaps the only artist in the United States practicing these authentic and ancient art techniques. Her art has been on display at many organizations, galleries, and festivals.

Sandro Santioli is one of Italy’s most acclaimed and distinguished art photographers. Each year, he travels to Venice to record images of Carnivale. His photographs beautifully capture the spirit and culture of this celebration.

The exhibition will open at the specially-ticketed Toast to the Casa fundraising gala. The exhibition will be on view to the public through November 13, 2016.
