In our stirring spring concert, we’ll sing of the courage and the nostalgia of refugees, immigrants, and all manner of seekers who leave their homes behind to journey to a strange land. This unique, challenging, and uplifting program features Abbie Betinis’s breathtaking From Behind the Caravan: Songs of Hâfez, the world premiere of a stunning new commissioned work by renowned composer Joan Szymko, and much more.
