The 5th Movement Disorder Zent-A-Thon 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser will raise money to fund the Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Foundation and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association. Come join us in the fight against movement disorders!

Fees:
Registration $20 per person (t-shirt, food and beverages provided)
Parking $5 per vehicle

Due to park regulations, registrations cannot be processed at the park. Please register by May 26, 2015. All registered participants will receive an email on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 with more detailed information about the day.
