Tri-School Theatre

Tri-School Theatre has the distinct honor of being the only Orange County high school selected by AHSTF (American High School Theatre Festival) to represent the United States at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer. Held annually, the Fringe Festival is the largest arts festival in the world, showcasing thousands of international performing artists. Nationally, only 64 of 1600 high schools were selected this year. Of three Orange County high schools selected since 1995, Tri-School Theatre is the only program to be accepted twice. Tri-School Theatre believes in the process of theatre. The students are encouraged to become well-rounded individuals, participating in a variety of activities, as well as continuing to achieve high academic standards. The average GPA of students participating in Tri-School Theatre is 3.45; and virtually half of all students participate in one, if not multiple, athletic programs. Tri-School Theatre offers several opportunities to high school students from Connelly (Anaheim), Rosary (Fullerton), and Servite (Anaheim) High Schools, as well as from the local community. There are four productions a year (a fall drama or comedy, a flexible performance in the winter, a holiday show, and a spring musical). These shows are produced in the beautiful 989-seat Servite Theater. Tri-School Theatre also offers conservatory classes in performance, technical theater, and production. Besides participation in the International Thespian Society, Comedy Sportz High School League, Cappies Critics Program, and CETA, Tri-School Theatre also attends several festivals and awards ceremonies a year. This program has been recognized annually for their quality productions as well as for the professionalism of their trained students.

      I went to see this show last night and can't get the music out of my head. It was a funny night I won't soon forget!! Some of the character were so talented I can't begin to say, But undoubtably... Expand

      I went to see this show last night and can't get the music out of my head. It was a funny night I won't soon forget!! Some of the character were so talented I can't begin to say, But undoubtably the one that steals the show is Miss Flanerry played by a Leeann Gill She was hilarious and I enjoyed every second when she was on stage the whole audience just loved her carrying Jimmy off stage. Some of the characters could have been stronger as I had hoped like Mrs. Meers (although still ok ). You will enjoy a wonderful night of theater. All of the other leads were very strong and Millie was just adorable. If you can you must go and see this show. One of the best high school productions I have ever seen. Collapse
