$250 Art Scholarship - This website is developed to promote art and the artists that create it. Chi-gems would like to support the arts and the development of these creative individuals and help them continue their education through our scholarships and provide the venue to display their work in our gallery for promotional purposes. We also aim to educate and inspire with articles, books and events.
