Comment on Facebook The Laguna Beach Festival of Arts is a 501c3 with a mission to promote, produce, and sponsor events and activities that encourage the appreciation, study and performance of the arts. Throughout each year the Festival of Arts sponsors art education and provides art scholarships and grants. Every summer the organization hosts California’s premier open-air fine arts show and produces its most famous attraction, the Pageant of the Masters.

Contemporary Traditionalists: A West Coast Perspective

Featuring 48 works by 18 artists, the exhibit is a glimpse into the history and progression of art on the West Coast, especially as it relates to the arts in Southern Orange County. The artists included in the exhibit are Scott Albert, Ken Auster, Bruce Burr, Paul Cheng, W. Brad Elsberry, Eric Gerdau, Fred Hope, Gina Mead Howie, Mariko Ishii, Mark Jacobucci, Susan Jarecky, Robin Johnson, Casey Parlette, April Raber, Brittany Ryan, Bradford J. Salamon, Gerald Schwartz and Gregg Stone....

Selections from the Collection: The Water Show at foaSOUTH

The Festival of Arts is making a splash with its new exhibit at foaSOUTH. Combining the theme of water with the artistic medium of watercolors, “Selections from the Collection: The Water Show” will be on display at foaSOUTH now until June 5, 2012. Featured in the exhibit are pieces from the Festival of Arts permanent collection, a variety of classical and contemporary watercolors spanning the last 50 years.
