With an energetic and dedicated membership of volunteers, Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committees support an extensive array of music education programs that are offered at no charge to all public and private schools in Orange County. More than three million children, from kindergarten through high school, have participated in the Youth Music Education Programs since its inception in 1958.
