The Festival of Arts is located in the heart of beautiful Laguna Beach and home to the Festival of Arts Fine Art Show and the Pageant of the Masters “where art comes to life!” During the summer, the grounds are filled with original art by Orange County’s most talented artists, art workshops, special events and more.
