Follow the young, charismatic Waorani activist Opi as he tells the dramatic story of resistance led by tribal communities against both the Ecuadorean government and oil companies.
Out of disaster, Opi sees a possibility of hope for the Waorani. This story demonstrates the complex battles at the frontlines of climate change, which we are rarely able to see on film.
Seating is limited. Please RSVP. Unclaimed reservations will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of the film. Unreserved tickets will be handed out at the Front Desk beginning at 5pm on the day of the screening. For more information, please email info@ocma.net.
