Gingerbread House Workshop at Davio’s Irvine

This holiday season, Davio’s Irvine is throwing a house party, a gingerbread house party, that is! On Sunday, December 15th, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM, children of all ages are invited to participate in one-of-a-kind, hands on workshop! Join Pastry Chef Lena Huynh as she leads a demonstration and workshop, teaching guests how to build personalized gingerbread houses fit for the North Pole! The event is $55 per child (excluding tax & gratuity), and adult admission is free. Each participating child will receive one gingerbread house to decorate (with delectable decorations included) as well as a delicious lunch prepared by the Davio’s culinary team!

The Illumination Foundation (IF) is a non-profit, non-denominational, grassroots organization with a mission to bridge the gap in existing services for the underserved to break or prevent the cycle of homelessness. Beginning as a class project initiated by students enrolled in UC Irvine’s Healthcare Executive MBA Program in 2007, the organization has emerged as one of the fastest growing non-profit addressing the crisis of homelessness in Orange County. Since IF’s founding, the organization has experienced unparalleled growth and development. Today, IF administers six innovative programs, all of which fills a critical gap in the continuum of care for the homeless.
