Mischief and Merriment Collide in Shakespeare’s Enduring Romantic Comedy
A Midsummer Night’s Dream | by William Shakespeare | Tommy Statler, director
One of Shakespeare's best-loved comedies, A Midsummer Night’s Dream follows the heartache and eventual happiness of two Athenian couples entangled in the antics of meddling, magical fairies. As the couples run through the forest pursuing each other, and the fairies cause merry mayhem, this lighthearted play explores the unpredictable and often humorous nature of falling in love.
