Sherry Marger

I am a Newport Beach acrylic landscape artist.  I have a BA in Art Education but have worked as a graphic artist designing educational materials for Health Educators at a California Dept. of Public Health. I have also had my own Graphic Design Studio creating invitations.

My recent experiences of painting have been enhanced by travel. “Destination Art” has been created by painting scenery from photos that I have taken on trips in Europe and the United States. I mostly paint in a photo realistic style, but recently have expanded my horizons to palette knife which has permitted me to attain looser techniques.
