Susan Leonhard

I am a self-taught artist and have been painting since age 10.  I am best known for my series of contemporary underwater paintings that I began in 2014 inspired by the beautiful tropic water off the coast of Kauai.  I also have 3 other series of paintings: Landscapes, Local Beaches & Kauai.  My work can be seen at The Artist Eye Gallery, Laguna Beach; “A” Gallery Fine Art, Palm Desert; Hanalei Art Gallery, Kauai & Mission Viejo Country Club.

Painting brings me peace.  Sharing that peace and building relationships with people who are inspired by art is my reward.
