South Coast Repertory (SCR) seeks an Associate Ticket Services Director motivated in customer services to join a three-person management team overseeing its Ticket Services Office.
Responsibilities include ticket sales (subscription, single and group tickets), customer service, training and supervision of part-time staff, data management and performance builds. Regular evening and weekend hours required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ticketing and supervisory experience.
Proficiency in ticketing systems/integrated databases, Tessitura preferred. Bilingual a plus.
