Call for Artists - Tustin Sports Park Dugout Wall

The City of Tustin Public Art Committee, in cooperation with the City of Tustin Parks and Recreation Department, seeks artists to submit proposals for an outdoor public art project at Tustin Sports Park, 12850 Robinson Drive, Tustin, California 92782.  The specific project location is the dugout wall on the north side of Field 2.  The project will be funded by the City of Tustin Public Art Fund.  The Committee seeks to commission an experienced and competent artist to complete the work.  However, new and aspiring artists are encouraged to submit proposals.

Project Summary:  The current project being commissioned is a mural on an outside wall of the dugout wall on Field 2 at Tustin Sports Park.  The approximate area to be painted is 3.5’ x 42’.  The total cost of the completed wall mural is not to exceed $6,800, including the artist’s materials.  Photos of the project wall are attached as Exhibit A.
