Director of Development

Arts for LA (AFLA) seeks a full-time Director of Development to join the team.

The Director of Development will help cultivate, steward, and expand relationships between Arts for LA and our individual and organizational membership partners, as well as corporate, foundation, and individual donors, while growing earned revenue through cross-sector (government, nonprofit, and business) partnerships. This position is critical in laying the groundwork for the organization’s long-term financial sustainability.
