Exhibition Volunteers Wanted

The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) seeks adult/student volunteers to assist with the installation and removal of upcoming OCArts4All exhitions.  We have several dates and locations listed below.  Artists, retired teachers or student organizations are welcome.

As a volunteer, we invite you to attend the special student/teacher/family receptions to experience the OCArts4All exhibition.  Please contact Scott Fitzpatrick, Arts Coordinator, OCDE at stfitzpatrick@ocde.us if you are available any dates below or for additional information,  Thank you for supporting the arts.

Saturday, April 22 at 9:00 am OCDE Costa Mesa | Remove artwork during selection process

Thursday, May 11 at 8:00 am South Coast Plaza | Install 2D art/Staple artwork to art panels

Tuesday, May 16 at 8:00am Vanguard University | Install 3D art

Wednesday, May 17 at 12 noon Vanugard University | Remove 3D art

Friday, June 9 at 8:00 am South Coast Plaza | Remove 2D art
