Full-time: Occasional nights and weekends required

Position Description:
The Horticulture Director is a fundamental part of the leadership team. Directly responsible for management of the living collections, the horticulture staff, and a key leader in education and arts initiatives.
The Director is responsible for the planning, design, procurement, implementation, and oversight of all garden spaces. The Director and horticulture staff is also responsible for the set up and take down of many in house events.
Key to this position is the ability to work in a creative environment across departments with exceptional organizational and motivational skills. The Director works to actively support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities through strong public and volunteer engagement.
