The Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) seeks a creative and collaborative Manager of Youth & Family Programs.  This is an exciting point in the Museum’s evolution, as OCMA is in the midst of an historic transition to its new 53,000 square foot home at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, California, currently under construction, and opening in fall 2022.

The Manager of Youth & Family Programs manages the development and delivery of youth and family programs designed to expand ideas around creativity, build community, and strengthen family bonds. Youth and family programs include monthly Family Days and the development of new programs in collaboration with the Director of Learning and Engagement, i.e. teen pilot programs, creative youth development programs, summer camps, Spanish language programs, and accessible programs. This position may also contribute to the development of youth and family learning resources and activities for a rotating series of exhibitions. The Manager of Youth and Family Programs will prioritize social-emotional learning, a core tenet of OCMA’s Learning & Engagement philosophy. This position requires availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on event schedule.

Please submit cover letter and resume to Vickie Byrd, Chief Human Resources Officer, vbyrd@ocma.art.
