Pacific Chorale, the resident choir of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, is seeking a customer service-oriented person who loves music to work at our front desk and help with our box office (ticket office) and to assist our Fundraising Manager. This is a key position in the organization.

Experience sought: Some box office and event management experience preferred; familiarity with Tessitura database system required. Excellent phone and writing skills a must. Familiarity with mail merge, WORD and PowerPoint preferred.

An exempt position, the salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $28,000 – $35,000 per year. Full health insurance premiums (100%) to our HMO are paid (United Healthcare). 2 weeks paid vacation are provided – plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s is given off to every employee.
