The Operations Manager is an exempt, full-time staff position responsible for supervision and management of all building, safety & security, stage door, and special events as assigned by the Director of Production and Operations at Musco Center for the Arts. This position works closely with senior leadership in developing and maintaining the facility and the general operations of the theater.
The Musco Center produces a variety of programming and has a diverse group of users – the successful candidate will navigate the season with impeccable, client-oriented service; a safety-first approach to operations; and a desire to foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
Key Qualifications: Proven leadership skills to build, engage, motivate and maintain collaborative teams, improve services and unite with diverse constituents. Experience with venue management, production management and/or familiarity with theatrical equipment preferred. Bachelor’s degree, or three to five years’ combined related education and operations experience.
