The City of Irvine seeks an organized, enthusiastic and creative individual to serve as Fine Arts Program Coordinator for the Irvine Fine Arts Center. Reporting to the Community Services Supervisor this individual will develop content, marketing and schedules for youth arts program curriculum and manage youth arts center part-time and contracted staff. A background in art or art education is preferred.
The Fine Arts Center is an 18,000 square foot art exhibition and education facility that was
designed for art exhibition and instruction. The facility is comprised of art galleries and art
studios for drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry making, photography, printmaking, and culinary arts. The Fine Arts Center is an extensively programmed facility that presents art exhibitions, arts events, and art classes up to 12 hours a day, six days a week.
