Security/Event Staff

Security/Event Staff at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach. 

Festival event staff provide for the safety and security of staff, patrons, artists and volunteers by patrolling and monitoring the art exhibit, concert green area, and entrances and exits; verifying staff and artist identification badges; patrolling parking lots; answering patrons questions and giving directions; responds to requests for assistance, may contribute to writing incident reports.

Day, evening and midnight shifts available. Must be available one weekend day. (Seasonal July 3 – September 1)

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older, customer service oriented, possess good judgment and able to deal with others in difficult situations. available to work one weekend day/evening. First Aid/AED/CPR certification is desired but not required. Ability to pass a background check, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors, during all types of weather, may be exposed to loud noises, may have to walk up and down steps, able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
