Special Events Assistants

South Coast Repertory (SCR) is seeking Special Events Assistants for its annual Pacific Playwrights Festival, April 8-10, 2022.  Assistants must be detail-oriented, organized, and available April 7-10, 2022.

Duties include set-up/clean-up for all festival events, managing check-in for attendees, creating and printing labels, assisting with crowd control and event operations, and other tasks as assigned to support the festival.

The position pays $15 per hour. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and be able to stand for 2 - 3 hours at a time.  This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring event planners and theatre professionals to network and experience first-hand how a major weekend festival comes together.
