South Coast Repertory (SCR) seeks an experienced manager to supervise its ticket services operations, manage the ticketing database, supervise/train a staff of two full time managers and 4-6 part time ticketing reps and collaborate with the marketing department on reporting, strategies and promotions.
Ideal candidate is an analytic, detail-oriented team player with a passion for customer service and the arts and experienced. Must be well-versed in integrated CRM/ticketing databases (Tessitura required). Minimum 3 years ticketing experience, 2 years management, plus college degree. Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus.
