Ticketing Services Senior Manager

The Laguna Playhouse in Laguna Beach is accepting resumes for a Ticketing Services Senior Manager.

This full-time position oversees all aspects of executing ticket operations and box office management for all performances and serves as the secondary contact for IT consultants for IT operations.

• Build all events in Tessitura and manage the subscription seasons
• Work closely with Company Management, Marketing, Education, Development and Operations
• Oversees day-to-day guest services to ensure exceptional customer service is provided
• Knowledge of the ticketing industry with 5+ years event Ticketing Operations experience
• Detailed knowledge of computerized ticket sales and box office operations
