Musco Center for the Arts is Recruiting Volunteers
Musco Center for the Arts opened its doors on March 19, 2016. It was quickly hailed by the LA Times as “an ideal opera house, potentially the best in the West and maybe even something more.” It stands as a testament to Chapman University’s uncompromising standards, relentless pursuit of excellence, and passionate commitment to attracting world-class talent.
Musco Center is seeking to build a team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals to volunteer their time ushering, leading tours and staffing an Information Desk at performances and events. You will join a wonderful team of like-minded supporters, focused on serving the community.
Your duties will have you inside the theater during the performance and interacting with the general public. That means that you will have the opportunity to experience the amazing talent coming through Musco Center free of charge!
Non-profit performing arts centers across the country depend on volunteer ushers. This is a symbiotic relationship. Volunteers gain access to shows and venues they love, and theatres are able to provide good stewardship of earned and donated funds.
