20th Anniversary Celebration

Everyone’s invited to the party! To celebrate two decades of making extraordinary music with extraordinary women, we’re singing some of our all-time favorites alongside some fantastic new additions to our repertoire. You’ll hear folk songs, spirituals, contemporary gems, and even a hoedown tune with fiddle accompaniment. We’ll reprise two of our most memorable commissions: Ruth Huber’s “To My Excellent Lucasia, On Our Friendship” and Joan Szymko’s “Water Women.” And we’ll introduce you to a work we simply couldn’t resist by Joseph Gregorio—you’ll have to attend the concert to find out why!

The concert will take place at St. Mark Presbyterian Church, 2200 San Joaquin Hills Road, Newport Beach on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.

After the performance, stay around for a birthday bash with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and (of course) cake! Wish the singers of the OCWC “bon voyage” as we embark on our second major tour on June 30.
